General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Andreas Mönke GmbH

1. Scope of Application

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply to all business transactions of Andreas Mönke GmbH with our customers. They apply for the duration of the business relationship. With the consent to the GTC given in the booking process, these terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply. Deviations from the GTC must be made in writing.

2. Offer and Invoicing

The offers of our services are subject to change. We reserve the right to make changes. The invoice is issued after the service has been performed, payable within 14 days.

3. Cancellation of an Appointment by the Customer

A free cancellation of a booked appointment by the customer is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, the agreed fee is due in full.

4. Cancellation of an Appointment by Andreas Mönke GmbH

In the event that Andreas Mönke GmbH has to cancel or postpone an appointment for urgent reasons, the customer will be notified as soon as possible in order to offer an alternative appointment. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, do not exist.

5. Exclusion of Liability

The activities of Andreas Mönke GmbH are purely service activities. There is no guarantee for success in the provision of the service. Any liability is excluded. The customer acknowledges that he/she is fully responsible for his/her own physical and mental health and that he/she is responsible for any damage caused. Coaching and Rapid Resolution Therapy® are not psychotherapy or counseling. Rapid Resolution Therapy® is a philosophical and not a psychological approach.

6. Place of Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Cologne. German law is applicable.

7. Severability Clause

Should any of the above provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
